“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Same here...for the time being.
BW exercises are good to bring you up to a basic level, and help you get nicely toned (and from my bf, lower fat storages). But to keep your body growing you need to do heavy lifts, or you end up losing concentration, and you begin to lose form...leads to injuries. Try doing 500 hindus every day, and still be excited 9 months down the line (I only started 4 months ago, and already my mind wanders a little). Same with press ups, when you go over 50, your building endurance, so I'm starting to re-evaluate some things.
