Bodyweight drills

My workouts are more geared to functional strength and fitness than building a beach body so I tend to concentrate on bodyweight exercises, some ballistic dumbbell work and cardio likejump, interval sprints, tabata protocols etc.

I usually mix up things like chinups, pullups, handstand pushups, burpees, Hindu pushups and squats and regular pushups.

Two of my goals now are to get good form in the pistol and the one arm pushup as I really struggle with these.

Anyone else here work out using bodyweight exericse or is this an iron only zone?
