Envision James Bond walking down a street and seeing a woman he wants to approach. So he walks up to talk to her. What would his body language say? Where are his hands, how would he be standing, what expression would he have on his face? How would he be leaning? This is a serious question.

When I'm trying to get rid of nervous ticks or anything that would display inconfidence, I often ask myself "how would James Bond carry himself right now?"

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I often say that women are fundamentally attracted to appearance, not to be confused with physical attractiveness although that matters too.

Appearance is the mostly visual perception of not just physical looks but what encompasses also one's mental mood persona, which I think women focus on a lot. This is manifested in your body language and particular your facial expressions. So I always thought if you take the appearance of actors, it doesn't have to be James Bond but any example from a popular show and if you could emulate that presentation you would be very attractive to women. I wonder where a person could go and learn this ability like an acting school, where they'd understand what presentation is attractive and can teach a person how to do it. . Or is this all done subconsciously and requires talent?

One thing I think is clear is you can have bad body language and not even be cognizant of it. I find it interesting how a good actor can play the part of a "loser" and adjust their body language and voice for the part.

i learned in a seminar for work a little about body language.
men tend to lean over and tie their shoes when they are about to approach a woman.
i also learned that men tend to jingle the change in their pocket when they are thinking about money.

women tend to cross and uncross their legs or twirl their hair when they are interested in men.

people tend to look to the left when they are thinking about something but look to the right when they are making up a lie. (while speaking to you)
