ive been able to get away with not buying new swim trunks for awhile but it seems like i have to spend the money and all i can seem to find that i like are board shorts so i was just wondering if you're supposed to wear anything under them and are they acceptable for someone whos 5'10" with a decent build

so would you reccomend just getting some regular swim trunks that are less expensive anyway?

well it depends what you want them for, for looking good, these will do fine, for swimming, the less baggy the better.
