It is pretty bad in a lot of east coast blue blood type cities such as NYC, Washington DC, Atlanta, and a lot of other major east coast cities. Basically any big city with the "professional" culture loaded with kids from top universities is going to have white girls who are highly conscious of their status. It will be relatively rare to see a hot blonde in an interracial relationship in such places.
I do think that blondes who fit the mold of blonde, good looking, and affluent do carry certain personality traits and are very strict on what kinds of guys they go for.
It's a big deal in all dating scenes.
The most racists folks are in the locations with the lowest levels of income and education.
