Blackheads?

Does anyone know any good cremes or products to get rid of blackheads?

I've never had any of the scrubs I've tried actually work. At the same time I've found that my blackhead go VERY deep into my skin. Sometimes I can squeeze them out like you would a zit and this strand of goop will come out like I was hiding some string in my pores.

You need to open the pores first so hold your face over a bowl/sink of hot water with a towel over your head for five minutes to let the steam open up your pores. Then use an exfoliator or a toothbrush to clean the blackheads (be very gentle when using these!)

Alternatively, you can use a deep cleansing mud mask or black head strips. Both work well just as long as you steam your face first.

Never try to squeeze out blackheads with your fingernails as you risk scarring your skin!

After you're done, apply an astringent such as witch hazel, a toner or either cucumber, lemon, orange or lime juice to close the pores.

Unfortunately there is no permanent solution (that I know off, barring surgery) to getting rid of blackheads, so you'll have to do this regularly.

Vitamin C works really nice... try and stay away from S.acid when you can in an astingent...

For an Exfoliator Neutrogina makes some nice ones for men...

Biore` 1 minute self heating mask is great for blackheads and really easy to use...

Also going to a derm might not be a bad idea... I could always clean my pores but they came back... then I went to a derm and got differin and duac and ever since I've been using them I never have blackheads...

Don't pop them out... not only can it cause scaring if your too harsh with your washes and scrubbing you'll dry out your skin and make it come back worse latter... Remember to use a face moisturizer or even natural oils like coconut to help your face not dry out...
