Blackheads on my forehead. What can help?

I seem to have alot of blackheads on my forhead, and not so many (if any at all) on my face. I take two showers daily but I dont scrub my face alot. Whenever I see on of these blackheads I manage to squeeze it out using my fingers, but the skin ends up red like I broke it. Wha can I do to get rid of these things?

Can anyone help me with this? I don't like the idea of having lots of gooey sh!t stuck in my face.

Wash your face more often.

use those neat little clearasil pads. it will bring them all out to the surface before they can go away.
