iphone of course is more user friendly compare to blackberry. blackberry is specially for business purpose.

IF you message a lot, get a blackberry even though it is the most primitive smart phone out there. Its basic design hasn't changed. :\
I don't like blackberries but its the best at doing what it can do, i.e. e-mail messaging. Web and media blow ass on the BB.
iPhone if movies/music/media/internet browsing is important for you.
