Any bar or lounge in the popular casinos for younger people. I like the piano bar in the NY NY and the Breeze Bar in Treasure Island. Rainbow bar near the Hard Rock isn't a bad spot after 1 AM if you're up for the whole late night thing. Really just mobbing the casinos on the south end of las vegas blvd in general should be all the entertainment you need though.
