is there a difference between bf% and stretchy skin? Confused as to whether I should cut or not.

I've been told to pinch my skin to find out how much bf i have, but the problem is that i can pinch sh!tloads of it

i'm 5'11 140lbs btw and look skinny as shyt

If you look skinny now, you're gonna look even skinnier if you cut.

You need to bulk 20 pounds or so.

i need some help guys.

am i skinny fat?

i pinched my stomach and measured how much skin i could pinch...7 fvcking cm. It looks really scary. Same thing with everywhere, except for my legs. What's going on?

is stretchy skin completely different from fat?
