Never understood the need for these pills unless one has a blood pressure issue, severely overweight, or other medical issue. Usually, it's the diet and lack of exercise. Heck, many people can get back in to shape just by eating right and just doing cardio 20 - 30 minutes a day (brisk walking). Shed the pounds, gain the erection. Nearly everything goes back to weight and a healthy lifestyle. However, if they have nerve damage, car accident, or thyroid/BP/cholesterol issue, then it's something else. Hint, Viagra was originally developed as a blood pressure medicine; not sexual performance enhancer.
