Guys,

I have actual reached physical and mental burnout. But I"m going to sleep more and turn it around.

For the last 4 years I have embarked on an unprecedented period of development in my career and life. Things are going great in that respect.

But recently the past 2 years, I redlined it one too many times. I gave up sleep to finish my thesis and have been working my ass off working and studying for exams.

This burnout in part led to the breakup of the best relationship I had and maybe 2 other ones as well although those were more mutual.

So as a word of caution. Be careful. Physical and burnout lead to things such as depression and lost motivation (although I'm typically highly motivated)

I'm going to sleep and listen to self help stuff. I had a date today but couldn't contain my lack of enthusiasm. She's a nice girl. Dating doesn't even sound fun.

Well I am hoping that I can get more rest and start exercising more consistently instead of the haphazard schedule of the last few months.

Be careful burnout is real.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I know it is.

Dude, you need to do a couple of things.

1. Take timeout for YOU. You need your own time. if people don't undertand either fvck em or tell em what the deal is.

2. The reason dating doesn't sound exciting is you are maturing in the sense that you don't get excited and rush into something. For example the old bull and young bull parable.

I feel the same way but I realized there are so many women where I work at, all the chicks who aren't feelin Rollo can eat sh1t and wash it down with haterade.

Next. :cheer:

I do know this. I think getting some rest is priority number. Especially since I worked from 8AM-9PM tonight. I need to crash soon and hit the gym early tomorrow.

Normally i don't fall asleep until after 12 AM. I need more rest.

BTW.

I remember people telling me to work on myself. At the time I was kind of almost offended by it because that's what the last few years have been. Working on the career, and alot of aspects of my life (working out, etc).

But the fact was, I worked so hard that I fatigued myself. That cracked me. It is part of the relationship breakup because when she visited I was exhausted.

Well that's part of what happened.

I'm resting up and ready to rock again. I will take it easy for a bit to ensure full recovery.

You sound OCD. Not meant as a slight but I'll give you my golf story.

When you golf, sometimes you draw (hit to left a bit) the ball and sometimes you fade (hit to right a bit) the ball. The easiest way to deal with a draw or fade is just realize that you have a draw or fade and aim a little left or right. If you try and eliminate the draw or fade and hit things straight you will just spend countless hours to no avail because somedays you fade and somedays you draw and that can never be truly corrected.

You can't really change everything about who you are - you can though accept who you are and adjust things accordingly.

Ricky, you can't be a DJ if you're dead tired. All you can be at that state is grumpy, moody, and not someone to be around.

It's really obvious, but get some sleep before anything else!
