so ive been doing cardio workout for about 4-5 times a week 45 min sessions of high intensity then low then high workouts for about over a month now.

Yeahand ive lost about 10-12 kg i think, my face legs and arms look better but still the fat stays around my stomache , yeahi ve gone down two belt sizes but still i have that fat belt around my stomache that i cant seem to get rid of...

my diet consists of a fruit in the morning either apple or banana then workout , then a lunch a small bowl of white rice with vegetables and a some small portion of meat , chinese food...

then another fruit after a couple of hours , then dinner same as lunch but a little more meat.
then after a few hours a watermelon or banana before sleep.

i workout hard i do about 45-50 mins of cardio then i do aabput 50 situps , then 3 x 10 situps again and then 2x10 situps sideways.

then i do about 2 x 20 pushups with legs raised

then i do 5 pullups before i hit the showers.

my arms and pecks look good enough , but i just cant seem to loose that fat around my stomache and its bothering the crap out of me.

any suggestions.?

Sounds to me like you are not eating nearly enough. You have probably lost a lot of muscle in the last month eating the way you have above. Certainly 10-12kg in one month has been far too much for a substantial amount of it too be fat.

Here is a good article to get you on the right track:

Possibly look into the anabolic diet as detailed on stronglifts.com, or a less extreme approach of a timed carb diet which can be found on ironaddicts.com.

Good luck.

you're trying to do too much too fast. a reasonable body fat loss goal is 1-2 lbs. per week (about 0.5-1 kg per week).

you're doing way too many situps, and none of them are helping you lose any fat. why not? you can't spot reduce, you can only lower your overall bf%. those situps aren't effective cardio, they're minimally effective strength training for your abs, and they're draining energy you could use for more effective exercise.

you're pretty much maxed out on cardio (overdoing it a bit in my opinion), so the only way to keep losing bf is to get a good handle on your diet, and probably add some weightlifting to up your lean body mass.
