I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Oops, I just admitted I don't know something, I guess I must be a Beta.
Oops, I just said "I guess".
Oh, well...

haha. You make a good point though. When you get to the point of worrying about words you should and should not say, you're thinking way too much.

A big turning point for me in terms of my confidence, success with women and general social interactions was to stop caring so much. If a woman thinks I sound like a beta male because of the way I speak, she's too fussy and too much hard work...time to next her and move on to another woman.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I don't know, I don't really see how most of these are going to make you be perceived as weak.
It's not so much that the words or phrases themselves are weak, or will make you appear weak. It has more to do with the greater chance of these listed words being used in a context that gives a vibe of uncertainty, nervousness, lack of confidence, etc.

I agree these phrases make one weak.

Ever seen the miniseries "Rome" on HBO or Showtime or whatever it was on? Two chicks I recently dated are/were in love with the character of Marc Antony. Watch the series and tell me if he was the type to use any of those words.
