Was wondering what your thoughts were on this. I have noticed that certain music tends to create and or perpetuate certain beta tendencies. Music such as wistful country music, folk music or certain rock ballads. Of course I am not even mentioning total wuss music like Wilson Phillips or other douche soft pop, we all know better than that.
What do you guys think about this? Ever get caught up in music that causes you to be soft or feel overly romantic?
Does anyone have any suggestions for music to listen to that helps create or sustain alpha / dominant moods without being loud or violent (no heavy metal or gansta rap)? Was wondering about hard electronic / machine music.
