whats the best ****y/funny opener to use on a girl that is or has turned cold on you just because you kind of fvcked up? Something really ****y that will make her feel like shes smaller then me or she has no right to act like that.

If you get some opportunity to join a conversation with her and some other people, make it a point to neg/tease her over and over again the whole time. Then whenever you're not doing that, pay attention to the other people in the group and hardly look at her.

I did that to this one girl that always acted fairly *****y toward me (HB7 maybe), and I didn't see progress right away. But the next time I came across her I was flirtacious with her, and she was a lot warmer toward me. Of course, this girl is pretty much that way with most people, I think, so I'm not particularly interested in her.
