I dont know what happened, i think its because I ate properly before the workout, but I was just on fire last night.

Set personal best records on everything I've tried. Basically i just tried to go as heavy as I could on everything.

Here is the funny thing. After an hour of going heavy, I felt more energized than ever.. I think the testesterone started flowing like crazy or something, but I got an awesome pump and just wanted to keep going. Had trouble not molesting women in the gym as well... LOL.

I basically had to remove myself from the gym before I broke something or molested a cutie... :rockon:

I hear you on those animal nights in the gym. Mad energy out of nowhere, keeps on going. Crazy strength.

Then the next day... you hit the treadmill and it feels like your legs way 300lbs.
