Use Online Chat. I used ICQ adding random girls and talking to them to practice flirting. Because of the delay between messages its a good way for a beginner to practice. Nowadays I guess facebook online chat would be roughly equivalent. However I dont use EITHER of these anymore and talk to girls in person (bar). Online texting can become an excuse not to go out.
