What is the best way to brew tea from tea bags? Boil the bag? Pour boiling water over the bag? How long to steep? Is the the same for all types of tea?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I usually use fresh tea leaves, but with a bag, put it in your cup, pour boiling water over it, and then let it soak while you sip. After your tea reaches your desired darkness, pull the bag out, kinda wring it out into your cup and keep sipping.

Nah....use a teapot.

Use the best water you can get. Boil the water, then put a little of it into the pot, and swirl it around to warm the pot up a little. Dump it out, put in a couple of bags, and fill it up with the water. Let it brew about five minutes, pour it, add whatever you're into, and drink up. And never wring out the bags into tea you're going to drink (blech!).
As for strength, that's up to you. The quality and strength of tea varies by brand.
