“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I don't know about the rest of you, but when I get a cold I am messed up for days.... I seem to get them often also.

What is the best way to prevent them, and also if you have one to recover?

I usually drink Orange Juice and Tea, and relax. People have so many theories.

Are there any natural suppliments that help? I have tried ginseng, but it doesn't seem to do much.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This season I only caught one cold which was just recently.

My advice is wash your hands whenever you eat something, and don't touch your face when you haven't washed your hands. Believe it or not this is a vital tip for preventing this type of sickness

Usually if I feel a cold coming on, I try to keep going like I don't have one. I put on the rocky soundtrack and just get going. The battle is mental too. After that day I usually feel great again.

Just my insight.

walk it off. It sounds like bull**** but it really works. My nose clears up and I cough and sneeze less.

I seem to get them often also.
It might be seasonal allergies. Check with your doctor. Nasal Crom works great. I get maybe 1 bad day a month instead of 25.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Treat it and it will last a week. Dont treat it, it will last 7 days.

Dont do any physical exercises while you got the flu, cause the complications are a lot worse than the flu itself.(if you ever had an inner-ear infection you'll know what i mean)

Coldfx and I cut down my workout just to cardio 5-6 times a week, I've beaten the flu within 5-6 days and completely healthy.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Don't do any excercise when you have a cold or flu.

And matey who cuts his cardio down to ONLY 5-6 times a week when he has a cold is on another planet.

Not only will you prolong recovery, but there is a possiblity of heart damage and death, but hey do what you want, it's a free country (excluding China, N. Korea, etc etc.)
