what do oyu use? the main ones seem to be crest and colgate, but whihc ones?

theres stuff with fluoride whatever the hell that is, whitening stuff, complete day protection, etc. what do oyu use?

I like the Baking Soda and Peroxide toothpastes. Colgate and Arm and Hammer each have one.

I think its more important to actually 'use' toothpaste than it is to use a certain one. Just pick what you prefer.

I make it a point to avoid fluoride toothpaste. Not good if you get too much, and if your drinking water's fluoridated, you're getting too much.
