well nightwing says you will burn calories, now i agree there as the possibility to do so. But be realistic for a second, you need some space, if you have no space to move around you will not burn calories, i guess if oyu have a nice sized garden it could do but otherwise you will not have space to move around whilst you do it, its the moving around that burns the calories.Originally posted by Dillinger
