What is your best 2 mile run time? I been trying to lower it and the lowest I got is 13:27

aprox 11 minutes. Right now I can probably do 12:30 or 13 but I haven't had time to really train for the last two months.

when I joined the TA it was 8:02 for 1.5 miles, I've improved a LOT in fitness since then, I guess my 2 mile time'd be about 8:30 to 9:00 atm
