Tell any of them: "Nice shoes". And see if they keep walking or stop to talk to you. Most chicks love being complimented on their choice of shoes so the least they'll respond with is thanks and a smile. If they like you and want to stop and talk they will. Otherwise keep it moving and don't be some PUA weirdo.
