Just wondering, what do you guys think is the best types of meat to eat?

I used to enjoy that fatty stuff you see on a steak (ESPECIALLY the fat stuff), but I went off it after realising it wasn't exactly healthy.

What kinds of meat contain the best combination for working out? (especially if you are skinny)

chicken and tuna. I have a bit of steak as well (maybe tice a week), but for lunch I often have 3/4 chicken, then finish the rest at about 3 in the afternoon.

It's da bomb :)

Any difference between freshly-cooked tuna, and the canned tuna in oil?

Canned tuna in oil?

ALL the canned tuna that I know of is packed in water. If you do know of canned tuna packed in oil, then yes, the difference between that and freshly cooked tuna would be a lot of fat.

The difference between freshly cooked tuna and canned tuna in water (which you drain BTW...) : COST

Ask Hannibal Lector on that.
Tuna (and other fish) is great, since you get a lot of protein with almost no fat.
Any white meat (chicken, also turkey I think) is very healthy.
Also when it comes to testosterone level, it's recommendable to eat red meat (beef, veal) once a week.

What meats do you usually eat on a daily basis? Tuna, white meats, or beef?

By the way, does anyone know whether lamb is any different to beef (in protein, etc)? Australia tends to have a lot more lamb than beef, and it is a lot cheaper.

chicken breast, tuna, lean steak.

aparently buffalo is really good, ultra high protein, low fat (which is omega fats from grass feeding)
