“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I'd say your vital signs are the best indicators of health. Monitor your blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate per minute. All three will tell you how well your body is functioning. Check them when you are at rest, ideally in the morning when you first wake up.

You want your blood pressure to be 120/80, or lower. Mine's at 110/70 which is pretty good.

You want your respirations (breathing rate) to be between 12-20 per minute for a healthy adult. Again, lower is better.

Pulse of around 60-80 per minute. Lower is better.
