Best job for a high school senior?

Working in a bar or club is great. I can make anywhere from $100-$1000 a day at work barbacking, and bartenders can even make 2x that.

I can't get hired. I turned 17 yesterday looking for my first job. I've put my application online at AMC, Walgreens and CVS. In person at Advance Auto Parts, a gym, Eb Games, Publix, flower shop to be a cashier.


WTF am I missing? 8 places, and zero calls?

well have you ever had a job before?

most people want people with experience, so if it's ur first job, just lie and say you've worked at somewhere else before.

it's good to have connections with the people that already work there, it helps alot.

also, alot of places that you are applying for may not be hiring, but they jsut say they are so they don't run out of people to choose from
