Best exercise for triceps, traps and lats

Should I have more then 1 exercise for triceps traps and lats?
Here is what I was thinking

Chest/tricep day

DB Press
Db incline/decline
Tricep dips
Db shrugs
Pull ups

Also maybe reverse bench press for triceps
If you have any mass building exercises for triceps, traps and lats that you feel good about tell me.

tris: my favs are weighted dips + close grip bench press, skullcrushers are my 3rd fav and after every failure set of skullcrushers, you can still do a few CG bench reps to further work the tris.

for lat thickness: barbell rows, dumbbell rows, t-bar rows, deadlifts

for lat width: wide grip pull-ups (add weight to dip belt if you can do more then 10), wide grip pull-downs, hammer grip pull-downs

traps: dumbbell shrugs, deadlifts. for shrugs, use straps if you have to. your grip will usually reach failure before your traps do, so do whatever it takes to keep those weights in your hand.

There's no need at all for direct trap work if you incorporate HEAVY (but safely executed) compound back movements such as Deadlifts and T-Bar rows. I haven't done a direct trap exercise in over a year yet my traps (and rest of my back) is growing like a weed.

You can only get so far with deadlifts before you have to incorrporate direct trap exercises. In my first year of working out I didn't even bother with shrugs, because I could feel my traps getting worked out hardcore on heavy deadlift days. And I kept making gains, so why bother with shrugs? Eventually near the end of second year, I just wasn't making progress on traps and it was my one lagging part. Eventually I started doing DB shrugs, and my traps have finally caught up with the rest of my body just about last month.

Compounds are the way to go if you're a beginner, but if you've been lifting for years and you have lagging body parts, you will have to do some isolation. To me, traps are like calves. Small muscle group that requires exercises with a small ROM. Yes deadlifts will hit your traps just like atg squats will hit your calves, but it will be minor, and eventually you will have to focus on that muscle group with some isolation.

its quite normal to add 25-50% on shrugs compared to deadlifts.

I agree if you want Superb development you will have to do direct work, but isnt that true for all muscles? Posterior delts.......
