There are plenty of posts here on the benefits a man can get when he improves his looks. Was there a time in your life where you went from a mediocre lover to an exceptional one and have you seen a dramatic difference in the way women treat you?

Ever since I started Bodybuilding. Being muscular, specially having a strong back, chest, abs, stronger lower back, and specially strong legs from heavy squatting improved my thrusting power into puzzy in an out by like 1 million LOL I am dead serious. Bedroom game is pretty simple, so there is no reason to spend a lot of time discussing it. It really boils down to three things: 1) the size of your d!ck; 2) how good of a shape you're in; and 3) your level of attraction to the chick. The rest is just basic mechanics. I'm honest to say my answer is no to most of these questions....but it's hard talking to friends about it because they all claim to be the best. It seems it's hard to talk about it to anonymous people on a forum too as there are so few threads about bedroom skills.

This is false, in my opinion. According to studies, the average length of intercourse from reading is anywhere from 3-14 minutes. Since different studies provide different results, let's split the difference and say the average length of sex is around 8 minutes.

For a great deal of people, that might be way longer than they're used to lasting, for most it's probably in the ballpark, then you have the other outliers, the men who can last well beyond that.

Just including intercourse, if I last 15 minutes I consider that quick for me. On average I'd say I last around 25 minutes or so, with my longest sessions reaching 45 minutes to an hour, and this is AFTER any foreplay.

So it is of my opinion that bedroom game is NOT simple. If a girl is used to the average guy and having sex for 10 minutes or so, then if I come in and blast her for 30 minutes, she'll be overcome with pleasure and attachment as she is blown away by the best sex she's ever had. The more experienced she is, the more likely she is to keep coming back for more because she now believes it's unlikely that she'll find someone as good.

Yeah I think most dudes either don't understand, underestimate, or don't care about the importance of being good in bed. Think about it from a male perspective. If a dude sleeps with a girl who's an absolute freak in bed he's gonna keep coming back, he might even wife her up for that sole reason lol. I don't see it as work though. Only try to please women in bed because you enjoy doing it not because you feel obligated so she won't leave you. Never put her pleasure ahead of yours.

For that to happen there's more factors going on then just how you objectively sexed her. I didn't say if you do a good job when you have a sex she's necessarily going to go no contact and treat you like sh!t, but there's still a good chance despite you performing good it'll still be a ONS and maybe twice. I'm saying having good sex itself is not going to make much difference in her wanting to do it again.
