“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi all. Maybe its because i've been playing too much tennis, my left forearm is significantly bigger than my right one. So when i bench, the left side goes up faster than the right (on the positive), resulting in poor form. I've made a conscious effort of trying to balance the barbell properly, but its easier said than done.

Will make my left pec bigger than my right or even result in any injuries in the long run? Damn.

Short answer? Yes.

The more symmetrical your form is, the more symmetrical your chest will be. I developed bad form on the bench press a couple of years ago (mostly from lifting too heavy) where I would squeeze my right shoulder toward my neck/chin when I pushed up. I let it go for too long, basically because I didn't really realize it at first, and I was more concerned with pushing big weight. Resulted in an underdeveloped right side of my chest in comparison to the left. Not to mention some nasty shoulder pain. It's almost taken me 2 years of non lifting to correct that.

My advice is to drop the weight down, concentrate on great form, and do reps for awhile until good form comes natural.

I play tennis too and it really will make one arm bigger than the other.

Are you one handed backhand? I play that way and my right forearm is ridiculous compared to my left.

I can only compensate for this by not favoring my right arm in exercises. For instance not doing more curls with a right arm then I can manage with the left.

But also yes, when benching I notice my right arm is still favored like the OP.

To combat this I imagine my weaker arm to be much stronger, made of iron even. Only then does it feel even with my stronger arm.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Switching to dumbells for bench press might help develop your weak side.
