Passwords!
Just was thinking the other day that I type the same pointless word over and over again all day, logging on to my emails or a porn site(ha ha) or work...... everyone has passwords for everything!
Every time I type that word, my good old brain makes a picture of whatever pointless stupid word i'm typing.
For those who need to install beliefs or affirmations into there subconscious, try taking the first letter of each word in the statement and using it as your password.
e.g.
All women are dirty *****s and just want to ****
password: AWADWAJWTF
(I actually wrote a really good one and deleted it as i'm changing all my passwords to it!)
Then every time you type those letters on your keyboard, you will have to think of the belief so you can remember the letters for your password. After a while you will start to believe it and act accordingly.
