I'd say I'm another that fits into the baby cute category. Older girls in HS used to say "Awww your so cute" which pissed me off, but now it's used in a less undermining way.
But I'm lucky I can balance the cute/manly thing. My voice is super deep (which surprises many), and I have a thick little goatee that makes a great contrast with the rest of my face.
If a girl calls me cute I now have the perfect C+F response to it.

I, too, am good looking in a baby sort of way, but girls don't call me cute. In fact they don't call me anything at all. Maybe, I'm super ugly and just don't know it.
I thought that girls just won't compliment you to your face and wait until you are out of sight before they start talking about you, but I guess this is not the case. Some guys are just plain unpopular with the ladies.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Awww the baby face, man can I relate to that. The one good thign is you will look young for a lot longer than everyone else. I'm 29 I had a chick tell me she thought I was 22 yesterday. I can pass for anything b/n 22-27 usually. Trust me its a good thing. There will come a time when the babyface will pay off. It keep syou in the game alot longer trust me.
