This "list" was provided as a calibration for inner game, nothing more.

It's not an abosolute truth. It has nothing to do what women like in a man, but what helps one's inner game.

The listed attributes are indeed similar behaviour like but the point of origin is entirely different.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If you are hot or she digs you on first impression, what you do will be seen as friendly. If she gets no tingles for you, even if you are genuinely nice, it will come off as overly friendly and creepy.
Very true. But the question then becomes, what makes a guy hot? Aside from looks, of course. The idea is that if you exhibit certain behaviors (specifically, "alpha" behaviors), then you stand a better chance of being perceived as "hot" by the girl.

Whether or not any of that actually works is up for debate, but that's the idea anyway. Instead of "alpha", I tend to think more in terms of "masculine" behaviors. How does a real man behave? If you behave like a man, then your masculine polarity will naturally draw the feminine polarity.

That seems to me to be a lot more straightforward than talking about being "alpha", which tends to invite all sorts of different definitions and misconceptions.

I think the difference is that an alpha puts you second to himself and an A-hole ONLY cares about himself.

hmmm another gem that came to my mind that suppliments my last post

an a-hole is someone who does or says bad things to people for selfish, apathetic or sadistic reasons

so an A-hole is only thinking about himself, his benefit(selfish), what HE cares about/how HE feels(apathetic) and HIS OWN amusement(sadistic)

an A-hole gets what he wants at all costs, screw everyone else( telling your boss that you're addicted to crack to get the promotion)

an alpha gets what he wants but doesn't borrow money with a gun to your head (he does his job better than you and befriends the boss so he gets the promotion over you)
