There may be SOME women who enjoy curb stomping a good 'ole weak male... But for the most part I will disagree that women enjoy AFC's and their behavior. One major factor that allows this type of thing to even be "acceptable" is her attraction for you to begin with. If she finds you highly attractive then you can literally ask her to be exclusive within the first week of meeting and she will almost never say no. This is how AFC's and other weak males get around as well. They take advantage of that physical attraction, only they're doing about it all wrong. Any other AFC behavior, like calling her pretty on social media, would be considered "cute" and "sweet" after the fact that she has subconsciously decided that she finds you attractive. But if she does not find you attractive then these acts will be considered "creepy," "desperate, "thirsty," and even "stalk-ish." For short term interest, it literally does not matter what you do. With this being said, you don't need to be in a relationship or in any agree-able terms with a girl when she is displaying clear signs of interest. This is also why indicator of interests are so important to learn and detect!
But for LONG term interest... You will find that her attraction for you will fade very, very, very fast with that type of behavior.
So to recap, AFC behavior or any behavior is acceptable so long as she finds you attractive.

She adores her parents and has a great relationship with both. I am mentioning this because she has a really
good relationship with her father and respects him like a strongly father figure cuz of the way she talks
about him.
she mentioned the whole virginity stuff, said she never had sex before and that if we ever get to that point
that she hopes that im patient with her on that because she doesnt have no experience at all.

This whole instance happened because she finds you highly attractive. Her agreeing to be exclusive with you also was the cause of this. And no she's not even close to BPD just a girl with high attraction(5 years too, that's a long time dude). So keep your frame up!
