"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Before and After Pic - My Progress

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I don't dig the hiphop look, but that's some amazing progress (both physically and style-wise). That looks like 2 different persons. Keep up the good work!

Congrats on the weight loss, brother.

How'd you do it? Detail your workout and diet regimen.
Thanks. I work out every weekday in the mornings, before I eat anything. I run up and down the stairway at my apartment complex until my heart rate is extremely high, then I try to keep my heart rate up there for as long as I can.

I also joined the basketball team at school, and that kept me active for a few months.

As far as my diet goes, I just stopped eating so god damn much. I stopped drinking soda, stopped with the sodium filled hot pockets, and started preparing my own food. I calorie cycle but on average I eat 2000 calories a day.

What's it like going from 240 to 183?
It's changed my life. People, girls especially, treat me completely different.

I'd like to say it's the way I carry myself and my game but I know it also has to do with my appearance.

The other day I went into a convenience store to pay for some gas, and there was a fat guy in front of me in the line. There was a real cutie working cashier. I watched as the fat dude was treated with disdain by this cutie. She wasn't looking at him, she had a dull look on her face, monotone voice. Than when I walked up, all the sudden she's got a big smile on her face and completely changes her personality. In a way, it's sad how shallow our society is. But what can you do?

Great work man, you must feel great now.

I've been on both sides of that fence bro, and I know how it feels on each ;) I've been the chubby(fat) guy with an extra chin, and I've been the cut guy with good muscle, 6 pack, and popping veins.

Right now I'm more like the Before pic you posted ;)

cheers, and again congrats on the lifestyle change.

Nice work bro. You look like a completely different person. Way to go.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Awesome effort man, nice work!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Good job! Must feel great!

Do feel the "hiphop" look though, you kinda look like The Alchemist. I guess you can now start bulking up to gain some mass.

Keep up the good work!

That is amazing man, nice job!

Did you use anything to track your workouts/calorie intake?
