“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So I've been with girl for around 5-6 months and everything was going fine and then yesterday she only messaged me once which was weird as she usually messages me a lot. And then today she just sends me this.....

Hi sorry left my phone at home to think, i dont think i can carry this on i dont want you to think its anything youve done cos it isnt i really need the time to concentrate i tried to convince myself i could do it while i was off work but im not as ready as i thought i would be for a full on relationship x

So I get it, it's finished but what would the reson be for this... And should I text her back? Can't believe she did it via text haha! Bear in mind I got the gut feeling something was up only in the last 2 days... Has she met someone else or have I ****** up!

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Dumped over text? That's fvcking weak. This girl doesn't deserve the time of day from you bro. Your reply was fine, DO NOT reply to anything more from her. Time to vanish.

Perfect.

Now you are done, walk away and don't look back.

Do not be surprised if you reaches back out to you. When she does she MUST COME TO YOU, invite her to your place, do not ask her out. You were dumped, she has to win you back if she wants you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

This.

Shes a weak coward who didnt respect you enough to call you. Even when Im casually seeing someone for only a month or so, I call them. And once we've dated longer I definitely would do it in person.

Sounds to me like she wants to slvt around or met a new guy.

Good advice on this thread. The only thing I would do differently here is, when she does come to see you, to initially turn her down. The first time she tries to fill that temporary void with a booty call and-or some snuggling on the couch, you need to deny her. Your goal here is to flip the switch. Your frame is weak, she knows it and can feel it. This can be a dangerous time to see-talk-hangout with an ex. Turn her down the first time, nothing mean or emotional, then if she comes back around again (which she will), then and only then should you agree to see her.

At the least, by initially turning her down, you have somewhat leveled the playing field.

Cheers pal! So now that I've sent that text, do you think shell reply? I think we probably did too often etc... To make things worse she's in my circle of friends so its awkward and embarrassing. I kinda regret texting that now should of put something like 'dirty to hear that'. Can't believe this!

Like the others have advised, I would not. Leave well enough alone, she broke up with you - her bad. Now, if she wants you back, then she will need to put in some work. If you see her at social circles, my advice would be to either treat her like you would any other friend, or to just keep your distance. Moving forward, just try not to let her presence effect you.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Wow. Dating for 6 months and she breaks up with you through a casual text. That's bullsh!t.

Your reply was fine. Leave it at that and never contact her again or respond to her.

You may have thought it was fine on your end but you may've come across as too needy. Only you know.

If you didn't push for a relationship at all verbally or otherwise? I would've responded to her: "Full on relationship? lol. You're taking things too seriously. Sorry if you we're confused but there's no need to rush things. We can be friends. I hope you're not upset."

You flip it back on them and then don't reply back. Let her either keep it moving or let her start chasing you while finding someone else better for you regardless if she comes back or not.

Your reply was fine, she's second guessing herself right about now. You'll most likely hear from her again, your best bet is to start seeing other people right away and make sure your social circle knows, then it won't be embarrassing for you.

Good 'ol blighty.
Your reply was good. It showed maturity.

The coward will probably reach out to you in the coming weeks due to your perceived lack of emotion towards the situation. Don't be fooled - it will be her ego masked in false tears looking to get a one's up on you.

Don't contact her ever again even if she reaches out. She had her chance.

Keep busy and stay active in the meantime. When your ready, go out and meet new chicks.

Thanks for the advice! I was thinking about it all last night and something that stuck out was her change in behaviour after a girls night out... So Im thinking that she's met someone else or cheated as for her to end the relationship through a text just screams guilty conscience to me.
