"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Okay met this girl in my local pub .... We start chatting I get her number etc ... A few days later we go on a date .. Everything went really well like too well, and that same night afterwords she was messaging me saying what a great time we had and that she didn't feel awkward and that we just click. Things were quite good .. (We made out, no sex tho). Then like 2 days later I was like do you want to grab some food .. She was like yeah, I've got 2 hours to kill ... But I was busy at that moment in time. And she had to pick her son up up after those 2 hours done said no worries ... Then I go on FB later and she's posting pics of her and another guy and it looks like there seeing each other now ... He is a good 60 miles away from where she lives so can't see that working, my question is why ... I mean why pursue me and then do this ... Was she just playing me/trying to make me jealous etc... I don't get it. Safe to say I've now been pushed aside. Maybe it's my fault and I didn't make my mind up quick enough. She's 36 by the way.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Women do this all the time. Snapchat, facebook, all social media... They'll post a picture and then say "hanging with by best guy friend" or "besties" or "he makes me happy" all clearly left open to **** with people who might be trying to date them. I just prefer to stay away from chicks like this. if she thought you were high value, she wouldnt **** test like that

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

There are women in this world (who are passive) and there are men (who, if they have balls, are active).

Women wait and let men come to them, while on the other hand men come to women.

Women are approached by men daily, all the time. They'll have guys they date in their social circle, social media or they meet out in public.

In short, women will always have options. Women always have access to plenty of men.

As a man, you won't be the only guy talking to her. That's a guarantee for about almost every girl out there. And if she doesn't have any other guys she's dating at the moment, she'll have a back up, a guy she's considering to have as a back up, or a guy who she just wants ATTENTION from. Even though this is true, you should only be worried about what YOU'RE doing with said girl. What she does with other men is her business.

Women have to put in little to no effort just to have access to plenty of men. It's that simple. Women have multiple options, so basically what she was doing was just exploring her options.

I'll tell you this: Don't invest in girls until you're deep in a relationship with them.
Don't start to build up feelings and all that lovey-dovey bullcrap with a girl without being in a strong relationship with her. You have to protect your heart and stay detached.

How can you do this? First off, don't be owned by her. If you end up with her, that's great and all, but it shouldn't matter too much. And at the same time, it shouldn't mean sh1t if you don't end up with her. It's all about being detached.

Secondly, don't have any expectations. This is important. The moment you start to have expectations, and you EXPECT something to happen between you two, you'll be severely disappointed when nothing happens.

Go in there without any expectations in mind, and don't worry about the outcome of the situation. Be detached.

Also, to solve your problem: She's just juggling her options. You should also start to talk to more girls and build up more options. In this case, I would try to make moves on her (if you still like her) but if you're done with her, move on and find some other girls. Life goes on.

Contacting her only after 2 days is bit early imo. If she really had a great time with you, waiting a bit more to contact her would have driven her interest up.

No she initiated contact with me

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

She's just messaged me saying 'hey you okay?
Classic hamster spin. You withdrew attention and she's like wtf. I'd reply with either a "huh?" Or set up another date in the next couple days. Wait it out and no text, go be busy

Okay so I sorted things out with her and we went on a date today .. Everything was great until we went in my local and bumped into some of my friends .. 1 to which she was flirting with I think ... Things went awkward then he dissapeard and then things were good again ... I will admit I felt uneasy. The thing is it got to 9.30 and she said she had to nip to go see her friend, she'd be back in half hour, an hour passes and nothing .. Do I go home and text her not to bother coming back as I've gone home, she texted back saying 'OK sorry' no kisses nothing ... Do I think she's either copped off with my so called mate or just wasn't feeling it ... The thing is we was all over each other before she went. What's happened here then? Either way ... Nexted.

She's not that into you, although it might be because you sound insecure and paranoid.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

She ended the date and said she had to go see a friend, but would be back later. Where'd you find this chick. Super disrespectful to leave mid date. If you were feeling insecure, you should've cut the date short and bailed

A low quality woman who seems to go for anything with a penis.

She flirted with another guy in front of you and you just let it happen. She no longer see's you as a man. You should have ended the date yourself during that flirting and gone home.
