What does your current cutting diet look like? You dont need to go to the extremes and cut everything out. You still need your fats, carbs and protein. Just eat less and eat cleaner foods. Are you getting enough sleep? What are your goals?

It's probably down to your fat intake and I'm guessing you're not consuming enough. Also. Mike Chang is full of sh1t; there's no such thing as a fat loss workout.

1. stay away from long distance cradio (jogging, marathons,cycling ,running)

2. eat lots of fats and protein especially red meat.

3.masturbate

4.go grind some chicks in a club

5.watch an action movie

6.listen to some deathcore

7.start a fight with a stranger

When was the last time you had a carb refeed or a full diet break?
