Beach Body: P90X and Insanity

Opinions on these programs? I used them back in the day to get lean and I want to do them again. Can I use them to get a six pack? Anyone have experience with these?

For sure. I had a blast with Insanity back in the day and I lost quite a bit of fat. I managed to get four pack lean but that's as far as I got.
