"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

It may go against popular wisdom on here, but you can be generous to women. You can be giving.

As a Don Juan, you will always generously give adult women fully agency and accountability. They are not shrinking violets, they are not waifs, and they are not to be infantilized. They are capable women, and can be taken at their words and be held accountable.

Imbuing women with such qualities is the quickest and most efficient way to relieve yourself of any white knight tendencies. If a woman has agency, she doesn't need you to rescue her from herself or some other "evil" man's wrath. If she has accountability, you are not responsible for her failures to be held accountable, and you do not need to tolerate excuses for those failures.

Be generous and don't feel guilty about it. This is what separates you from betas.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Well....your time and attention is your currency. Currency has to have value, so don't be so quick to be generous with it.

And I'm being coy with my generosity. I'm being generous in that I'm giving women the agency and accountability of adults, and letting them live up to it in order to qualify themselves to me. Women wanted equality - the price is agency and accountability, and though women might try to opportunistically determine when and when not to accept the price of that equality, only men who pedestalize them will let them off the hook.

If you are a father do this for your daughter. She will regard men as she regards you. Be firm and loving but hold her accountable. Do not rescue her, but be frank and candid about why she should or shouldn't do things. Be unafraid to guide her. Be unafraid to set boundaries.

When men are generous with their time she then will have gratitude. When men are generous socially she will be gracious and will not "expect". She will appreciate men and will make someone a capable mate. Good women begin with good examples.

Being a good example is not easy.

From an understanding of giving agency and accountability to women, white knights and "nice guys" become clear for who they are.

White knights are men who unintentionally alleviate a woman of her agency and/or accountability. "Nice guys" are men who intentionally alleviate a woman of her agency and/or accountability.

Holdings others accountable for their actions is half the process. Holding yourself accountable for your actions consummates the process. Mastery of the two opens the door to transcendence.

I agree with full agency to the extent of fully disclosing your boundaries upfront to alleviate any ambiguity of your expectations.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Holding yourself accountable goes without saying.

But agency means that we're empowering them and not treating them as incompetents, delicate flowers, or potentially endangered victims.

'White Knight' and 'Nice Guy' (Deida excepted) are mostly corrupted terms now. I look more to expectations than to intentionality when it comes to both these 'types' 'alleviating women of agency and accountability'. Both seem to think that if they do the alleviation, women will like them. There's no genuineness to it. They do it to get something.

They try to create obligation and then get all butt-hurt when women don't conform to their expectations.

Pass it out sparingly and only if she earns it.
