"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Saw gfs Facebook that she had made plans to go on a night out, on the date of my bday. Shes had it planned 2 weeks ago, she is aware of the date. Naturally I tried my best to brush off and just ignore her and said i got stuff to do and took her home, she cried along the way asking what's up as shes noticed somethings not right, asking if something's wrong, so I just said "No, just tired, u think too much, so stop crying"

She sends a text straight after "Sorry bout crying babe noo idea why it happened tbh :S. Love yhoo xx"

Replied with "weirdo ;) luv u 2 xx"

Her after "Itz the tabletz ok :p xx"

Left it at that.

What's the best way to go about this, as I'm pretty peeved that she set this up on the night of my bday. She seems really into me so I'm dumbfounded by it.

Help guys.

This is typed from my iPhone.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

im guessing this is the date mentioned in this thred.

she knew well in advance.
call her out on it. shes a selfish little bvtch,

personally, I would ignore her for a while, probably forever. or emotional detatchment, and used her as a cvm bucket till you find one worthy of your time. not because i give a huge **** about my birthday, but the back story there too.
go and have a brilliant birthday, she fvcked up, intentionally booked out on your b-day so go have fun without her.

Not much you CAN do , really. Just have a good night out with your friends, and re-examine your relationship sooner than later. She is not giving you much priority is she? Usually bf/gf birthdays are respected unless she's a pro athlete, a touring musician playing a stadium that night, due for an award ceremony, or is saving the life of someone on the operating table.

If none of the above, take a hard look as to wtf is going on.

Why does the exact date of your birthday matter? Who gives a flying fvck honestly? How old are you? A REAL man doesn't let minor details like the date of his birthday bother him. I worked on my birthday for 16 hours this year, do you think I cried like a little girl?! FVCK NO! I celebrated on a different day. In fact I celebrated on THREE different days with different groups of people, and it was FVCKING AWESOME! Be a man; make other plans with your friends and have fun! She obviously has something important going on, so maintain your composure and celebrate with her on a different day?!?!?! Oh, don't forget to take your tampon out as well...this REALLY doesn't need to be a big deal...

No. It absolutely DOES matter.

This is WAY not right.

She should have asked you what your plans for your Birthday were.

But since she didn't YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED HER OUT ON IT.
It IS possible she had a brain fart and forgot. I forgot just the other
day my niece birthday was this saturday, I had an invitation, but made
plans to go to the beach this weekend...total mind fart on my part.

Every woman I've dated around my birthday, wanted to be there for it and was.
One of them cancelled plans she'd made with friends prior to knowing when it was.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

pdx1138, answer me this: do you usually get mani's and pedi's with them on THE DAY of your birthday too? Women, pvssies and small children make a big deal about the date of their birthday. MEN will grab a couple buddies on a date NEAR (within 1-2 weeks) their birthday and have a good time. The point is they can still celebrate his birthday, but it doesn't have to be ON his birthday. It literally is not a big deal. If you want your woman to think you're a childish cry baby, go ahead and make a big deal about it. If you want her to think you're a cool headed strong MAN, then make plans to celebrate with her a day or two after. You will STILL have a good time, you will STILL have birthday sex, you will STILL be 'manly' to her.

Hey now, no need to go there slick.

That's your opinion.

If a woman has high interest she WILL be at your birthday....that's my experience and all I have to say on the matter.

Unless she has something going on i.e. something that has been planned weeks in advance with a large group of people.

And yes, she WILL still be there to celebrate your birthday! SO REJOICE! But why should it matter if you celebrate on a Tuesday or a Wednesday? It doesn't. TRUST me 'slick,' I grew up in a house full of women, I've heard the chit chat about 'boys' ALL my life. I know how women think/feel. I can 100% guarantee you if you make a big deal about THE DATE OF YOUR BIRTHDAY, she WILL tell her friends about it, and they WILL talk about what a pvssy loser you are, and her IL WILL go down.

Birthdays are pointless and dumb so naturally girls care about them. It should be a little concerning that she doesn't care about yours.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

This. I get what BadNews is saying. After my 18th, birthdays weren't so much of a big deal. No big fanfare. Just a casual get together with friends.

But being sentimental is the very thing girls are supposed to be. Whenever I've been with a girl around my birthday and I'm being all casual about it she's like "well let's have a party! Let's go out! Invite your friends and I'll invite mine. Create a Facebook page. Come on. It's your birthday after all."

The fact that she didn't do any of that, much less MADE PLANS APART FROM YOU, is a huge red flag.
