"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I have seen several professional fitness models come into my mom's place of business and make remarkable progress in about 1 week. I asked them how they dropped their body fat % so quickly and they told me "high protein, no carbs."

My question is, can a strictly high protein, no carb diet drop your bf % that quickly? I really want to try a no carb diet for a couple weeks just to see how effective and beneficial it is in improving my physique.

Right now i'm 6'0 1/2 and about 195 with 10-11% body fat. My abs are noticable, however i want a more chiseled lean look. I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding BB and nutrition, so any insight from people with experience would be beneficial.

Thanks-

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You can do it that way, but it's definately not healthy. You'll lose muscle, too.

When they say no carb, they dont mean NO carbs at all. It's just low-carb. Unless you need to bulk to 260 for a contest, then cut to 235 in around a month or two, there really isnt any need to go to such an extreme measure.

I suggest you stick with a 40/40/20 cutting diet [40% carb/40% protein/ 20% fats]

Make sure you cycle carbs in the diet too. example:

1)2500kcal
2)2300kcal
3)2100kcal
4)1900kcal
5)3600kcal

Thats your daily calorific intake. Follow it ;)

Lots of cardio, short+intense heavy lifting, some time. Thats all you need.

I'll let someone with a lot of recent experience about cutting answer it [sazuko? ;)], but thats my shot. Cutting for me is just about taking my time. I'd rather lose 2lbs of fat a week than 5lbs, cause I know I'll lose more muscle if I try and cut bodyfat too quickly.

calorie deficit: 12 X your body weight in lbs = calorie intake.
cardio: 4 sessions a week, two sessions lasting 45 mins to 1 hour at moderate intensity, 2 HIIT sessions lasting 20 minutes.

forget all these bull**** diets, cutting fat is not complicated. people who lack will are constantly searching for the easy route. healthiest way to lose is above, dont ruin homeostasis of your body with cycling, loading, keto, no carb, e.t.c

Considering my dedication to lifting weights, it's safe to say i'm not looking for the easy way to drop my body fat %, just the most effective. Considering the individuals i've talked to compete at the professional level, i valued their advice as being "the right way." Sorry for any confusion.

My life consists of a lot of work, so i basically eat when i have time.

What i Eat:

Morning: Whey Protein

2pm: Turkey breast sandwich, cole slaw, water

6pm: steak or chicken breast, side salad, water

8-9pm: lift weights

9pm: whey protein

10pm: whey protein

I sometimes snack on some unhealthy foods such as candy, cookies, and ice cream.

I'm currently working out 2-3 times per week (working every body part). I have an injured wrist, so my intensity and amount of weight I'm lifting is substantially lower.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
