Ok:

Over the yrs., I have not masturbated very often, but have gotten the normal erections, etc. Only once, about a month ago, I came for the first time, and since then have not been able to. I can go for 50 minutes straight, and nothing will happen.. I don't know, but is there any way to improve sensations? I can think of pleasurable thoughts, but it still doesn't, ultimately, help. Do i need to practice everyday?

If your masturbating and not ejactulating, see a doctor.

If you're having sex/getting blown etc by a girl (or a guy *shudder*) and not coming, you're too nervous.

Its a problem i've been dealing with for a while.

What worked for me was a girlfriend, i basically gave up masturbating, and i started coming everytime with her.

But that was after about 3-4 months of having sex with her.

Now i'm single and i'm a 50/50 chance to blow. It basically depends on my alcohol level (normally high) and how many times i've masturbated in the past few days (normally high).
