Baggy/Puffy eyes .

Hi guys . There's something that has been started to bother me lately .
My fvcking baggy eyes . How to get rid of them ?

I would appreciate some solid advice from someone who had them and got rid of them .

I read this , but i want something more solid , from someone who tried something and it worked .

I want it detailed please . Thanks in advance .

sleep, omega-3's, healthy fats, heme-iron from red meat would be my guess.

It all depends. Did you just start getting them? Have you always had them and they are just more prominent lately? Sometimes it can be fatigue, also smoking causes eyes to sink in.

Smoking weed def. does this too. As well as cigs apparently.

The Inside Man I dont smoke cigs nor weed . So this is not the cause .

martinM , i dont know , maybe i had before , but now they are worst :S .
