“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I think i have been pushing my self too hard on the squats and deadlifts. After being away from the gym for the holidays I though my lower back pain would not stop. I did leg press the other day and my back was killing me.

I disagree man. Modern medicine today is only concerned with profits. The clinics are just pushing drugs which most of the time aren't needed. I've never been to a back specialist so they might be different. I don't feel pain right now but if i try squts tomorrow it will be killing me. isn't a little back pain common when lifting weights?

yup. That's exactly why a person's life expectancy is about twice what it was four hundred years ago. Cause modern medicine is pushing pills that 'arent needed'.

Dude. Enlist the knowledge of a professional who has studied the biological makeup of a human back and specializes in back pain for a living.

Or, go have a guy stick a bunch of needles in you. Cause THAT'LL fix a sprained back.

Rest

Ibuprofen

While resting read up/ watch video of squat form.

Once feeling no pain start stretching, doing full deep knee bends with bar only. Check form in mirror or better video.

Begin a 'core' strengthening programme

Start with a conservative weight and build up the poundage gradually.

Never lose your form even on the hardest set.

Also if you go to a doctor I'll tell you what they say-

Rest, take anti-inflammatorys and STOP lifting heavy weights.

Where ever I'm at
I had back problems before and I let it rest for a month and bought myself a weight-lifting belt.

I don't know about anyone else, but it helped.

The trend noawdays is away from using belts. The theory is it doesn't allow the back and abdomen muscles develop to maintain form.

When lifting, a strong contraction of the abs and maintaining a positive internal pressure through breathe control not only stablises the core but for some fancy reason increases your poundages too.

If you are doing more than triples, belt limits your breathing as well.

I'd exaggerate the pain to the doctor and if your doc is loose, try and get a prescription for some Vicodin(hydrocodone) or if your Dr is really loose maybe even a bottle of percocets...;)
