my new gf before she met me had an abortion. when i met her...the relationship had not even started before she started talking kids. i mean i want a family someday sure....but this talk about her saying 'wanted a kid with me' seems like i am just some guy, not her bf. she says that she would not ask just anyone to have a kid with her and that i would make a great dad. part of me would like a kid, i am in my mid 20's, but part of me just does not want to pop out a kid just cuz she had an abortion. to me, she would seem a keeper, me and her get along better than anyone i have ever been with. but i want her back on this pill...we had sex a few times...yesterday was 5 times in 24 hours. we are in our ****ing stage right now. and she talks sometimes like she is already pregnant. not looking for answers, just others opinions.

Hmm, how long have you 2 been official now? How long did you date before she started talking kids?

It sounds like she wishes she could have the kid back from the abortion, so she is looking to get pregnant again to somehow fix it. It also sounds like she is looking for a husband.

These are two big fat red flags for you.

Just b/c you get along great now, doesn't mean that you will get along great in 20 years. If you are even thinking about marriage, you need to date this girl for a few years before you are sure you want to be with her for the rest of your life!

It sounds like she has "baby fever" - just like Alley McBeal seeing the dancing babies. I dated a girl who talked about having a kid - it wasn't fun. I hope you want kids soon because it sounds like she does. Thoughts become words and words become actions...hmmmm
