So i've posted another thread concerning my problem, about how i'm not gonna care anymore about this one chick that i've been talking to who calls me everynight pracitclly.

needless to say, she brought up her Wonderful new guy she met again, and i said look were not gonna talk about this dude anymore when your talking to me, seriously.

she's like what why? i was like because i dont' wanna hear about him anymore, i'm glad you guys are seeing each other but yeah we don't need to be talking about it.

Then she went off into the i'm not seeing him awww are you jelous of him? you can't be serious. I was like i am a little. Then she said you don't have to be jelous of this guy at all, you need to just stop with that and she said how cute that was.

i'm thinkin wtf.

Now she calls me all through the day moreso now than she ever did then. Uhh normally jelousy isn't supposed to work in your favor. i'm a little confused here, was she just testing the situation to see if i liked her?

That didn't quite work out in your favor. Your giving her power over you. NEVER allow a woman to have power over you. If I was you, I would have said this:


"why are you continuing to talk about this guy you like. He'll never be able to compete over me. Your just wasting his time"

It makes her stop talking about him, and it shows her your not worried. You acted AFC in this situation. Possibly no harm done, but make sure in the future you keep your power.

When she talks about him you should just change the conversation, not actually say let's stop talking about that. She feels in control now..

don't have oneitis for this girl, i hardly ever call her. I let her call me 90% of the time, i tell her she doesn't have to call me all the time just to say goodnight

her response?

"i don't want you to be mad at me besides, i like talking to you before i goto bed"

i just agree and move on, i can drop this girl just that i get mad respect from this girl its not even funny, only thing i have complaints on is we don't hang out as much as i want to, but maybe that's just my fault.

me answering her question if i was jelous or not, yah ok maybe it could have shifted the power in her control, but the way the situation is, i dunno if that's the case.. because i don't call her at all and when i'm out with my boys, i say call me back a little later i'm with friends partying. She will blow my phone up and i'll ignore every call there after.

SO i still have control for the most part, maybe the test was a test to see if i actually did like her, seeing how i never actually show my affections.

I agree with the Mind Over Matter....that you should not waste your time wit chicks who are literally TRYING to make you mad and jealous, but then again...hell man, play along with her...

See what I am saying, you can vary what you say...it does not have to be just liek this...but this shows her that you are confident enough in yourself, that you KNOW that she likes you, and that NOBODY ELSE can take your place......

Jealousy is for women, it makes them compete harder for us.

i've had oneitis before, and this is not oneitis.

she doesn't control my life, i can go days without speaking to her, and if she outright disrespected me, by blowing me off which she never has, i would drop her like its hot.

however my only complaint is we don't hang out enough.
