Met her volunteering at the local community centre and hit it off well. Most times it's just been simply flirting and teasing. The other day though our flirting and teasing bought up the topic of us going on a date. I said I looked good in glasses first time she saw me in them and I told her I only wear them on special occasions and she'd have to take me out to see more (teasingly).
Throughout the night we got on as usual but she unusually bought it up more that we should hang out together. She even bought up how we had to definately go out on a date now (her words not mine as I dropped the topic and could not have cared) after finding out more mutual interests between us. Yet here is the curve ball - in that same conversation, she started it by saying how we are going to be the best of friends and THEN saying that we should definately go out. Towards the end of the night she was calling me buddy at times.
The shift ended it as usual. Me walking her to her car, her interrogating when she'd next see me but only relating it to our shifts before giving me a big embrace, dropping her things and asking why I always make her clumsy etc.
Anyone can make any sense of this?
