I love the Artist part. I can so much relate to this... Sometimes when I play the piano, I just feel like I'm one with the music and I become so immersed. I fly to my own world. This should be the same with life.

This post is pure gold. I think shutting up the Internal Dialogue is really important... it was probably the greatest problem for me, any time I would start thinking to myself, guaranteed I would screw up, be it playing the guitar or chatting to girls.
The self-doubt can throw away any training you've had in a situation, so just shut your ID up and do it.
