"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

LOL! This is priceless..and yes that is exactly what I am saying.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Okay Okay, for real.

The aim of this thread was to encourage you to stop your thoughts so that you become AWARE that you are having those thoughts..get me? Instead of letting your mind cruise on autopilot, sifting through time, you embrace the moment you are in. When we let our minds constantly wander through the past/future, to me THAT is life spent in a stupor, letting our minds go buck wild like tigers on crack or some sh!t. To this day I struggle with my mind, I feel it pull me like gravity into past events and hope/desires of the future, when I catch myself doing this I totally snap out of that trance, my awareness becomes sharper and I perceive reality so much clearer. Sure, meditation helps in this respect. But it's not the only way. LEARNING is by far the best way to engage reality and tell the internal dialogue to take a hike. You hit it on the nose dude. When you were learning to ride that bike, where was your mind? Were you thinking of your first kiss right then and there? Were you wondering what your mom was gonna cook for dinner? Hell no! You kept yourself IN THE MOMENT so that you wouldn't bust your ass! The same goes for any creative activity that requires focus and concentration. Personally, I believe there is no greater boost of confidence than when you can control and direct your thoughts into new experiences, ways of thinking and of course, macking tha ladies. It all begins in your mind! So let me ask you 2 questions:

1. Where are you?
2. What time is it?

Due to the chance of this being deleted due to time, Matrix has requested me to bump this for it to stay in the High School bible. Thank you.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Fantastic thread this.

About going bald. I have a slightly receeding hairline at the age of 20 (moreso than any of my oter friends). If it grew long enough, it could really be seen, but ever since I shaved it down to some 4-5mm I have been getting more stares and more compliments on my looks than ever before. It doesn't really matter.

You're a wise man Fingers, and I thoroughly enjoy your posts, you have an excellent attitude that alot of people on this site could learn from.

One question: The first time I was introduced to the concept of shutting down the internal dialogue was in a Carlos Castaneda book, I think it was 'Tales of Power'. Is that where you got that concept from?

Keep up the great posts.

Authentic confidence is knowing who you are and you place and potential in the world. There's so many posers around here so it's no surprise that many people are taking advice like "fake it till you make" they'll eventually crash when chicks find out they are simply a masked AFC.

Authentic confidence comes from you FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE in action or reaction.
The circumstances YOU, YOURSELF EXPERIENCE First Hand is what forms the basis of your beliefs.

I will give you a tip:

In all of your life, there HAVE been circumstances and EVIDENCE that have formed your opinon of yourself.

If you feel ugly...you have probably experienced and event that enacted that belief to take hold.

However, at some point as well....you have received evidence in an event that showed you the OPPOSITE.
Meaning, that at some point in your life SOMEONE SOMEWHERE thought you were ATTRACTIVE.

BUT......

Your NEGATIVE self perception was much stronger....

....and you IGNORED it, and thought it was NOT REAL.

This can go for everything.

"I'm not attractive enough."

YES, you ARE.

"I don't have enough money."

YES, You DO.

"I'm too Shy."

NO, you're NOT.

"I will never be LOVED."

YES, You WILL.

"Women just don't like me."

YES, they DO.

The most damaging enemy we face is our NEGATIVE SELF.
This Negative Self has power over you , only because you let it.
Instead, give power to your Positive Self.
And only recognize the positive circumstances, people, places, and things in your life.
Be grateful for them.
The more grateful you are for them, the more likely you will see more of it.
The more you focus your energy on the positive, the more positive you will see.
But unfortunately, Vice Versa.
If you focus on the Negative, you have made a conscious decision to IGNORE the Positive...that could very well be staring at you in the face.
If logically, by reading this and agreeing with me, you realize thatthis is self defeating and illogical....why then have you made that choice so many times in the past???!

Your authentic confidence will evolve when you experience first hand events, these events will form your self perception.
BY Focusing on the Positive Aspects ONLY in your life, the self perception will be stronger and take hold over any negativity that may form.
It is not EASY.
But it is PROBABLE.
It is also your RIGHT.
As you have a RIGHT to live Happily. And live YOUR DREAMS.
No one can deny this for you.
Only YOU can stop yourself.

Be happy and fulfilled.
It's your right, and your duty to yourself.

Uh finally, a man worth of reading.

I always said "Acting can get you killed in the real world, Mr. Alphamale wannabe".

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
